BrightCarbon worked with this organisation to create an onboarding process to ensure that new employees had a consistent experience when they signed up. It was important to provide a polished, welcoming resource that aligned with the organisation’s branding to create a positive first impression. The company needed a single point of contact for new employees to learn about the organisation and its values, and to access any information and documentation they might need.
First of all the deck looks great, once again you guys have done an outstanding job. Second, I’d like to comment on the quality of the training provided by your colleagues - quite simply it was exceptional. I have spoken to the whole team and that view is unanimous. Please pass this on.
